1. Returns:
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Exchange:
If you received a watch that doesn’t match your expectations or if you prefer a different model, we offer an exchange option within 30 days of delivery. The watch should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Please specify the desired model when initiating the exchange.

3. Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’d like to return your watch and receive a refund, we’ll process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exceptions:

Customized or engraved watches may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
For hygiene reasons, watches with removed protective films, scratches, or visible signs of use on straps/bracelets may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.


6. Shipping Costs:

If the return, exchange, or refund is due to our error (defective/damaged item, wrong model), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
